Terms and Condition
- I hereby agree to become a Distributor of SMART PARIVAR and participate
in its system.
- As a Distributor, I understand and unconditionally without any pressure with
my full consciousness, I agree that as a Distributor of SMART PARIVAR.
I will have a relation with company only of business. There are no relations
of Distributor and Company as an employee and employer.
- I confirm that I have completed the age of 18 years prior to my signing this application
to the COMPANY and thereby submit the application to the COMPANY for consideration.
I am an adult person and legally competent to enter into business.
- I shall become a SMART PARIVAR Distributor upon acceptance
of this application. I shall have the right to promote the products offered by Company
in accordance with its Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures framed by the
Company from time to time.
- I have carefully reviewed the SMART PARIVAR. Business Opportunity
Rules, Regulations, and Policies & Procedures and acknowledge having studied
the same and unconditionally agree to the same being modified from time to time.
I have also read the same on the Notice Board of the registered office or authorized
branch of the company and agree to the same in total.
- SMART PARIVAR at its discretion may amend the Business Opportunity
Rules, Regulations, Policies & Procedures and Terms and Conditions of the business,
and do deletion and additions. This will be binding on me.
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between I (Distributor) and
SMART PARIVAR and no other additional promises, representations,
guarantees or agreements of any kind are valid unless in writing. Terms and Conditions
applied in the future by the company will be strictly applicable on me.
- The Company expects that me as Distributor will follow discipline and maintain decorum.
The Company has the right to terminate any Distributor ID without giving prior notice.
I agree that any Distributor who has done any contra activities against the Aims,
Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures of the Company shall be removed without
any notice and appropriate action would be taken up as per criminal and civil laws.
- After termination, any type of cash, product and any type of other dealings by me
on behalf of company will be counted as a serious & punishable offence. And
on release of public notice of my termination by the company through company website
and any media, I will have no objection in any condition.
- Company will not be responsible for any fake commitment made by me and I agree that
Company is free to take action against such Distributors.
- All cash payment can be made only at Company's Mumbai office or authorized branch
office of the company during office timings.Company will not be held responsible
for any cash payment made by any other place.
- My arrangement with the company is purely linked with my performance.
- I agree that the company is free to go out of its own Rules and Regulations any
time or any where without explaining any reason.
- I agree that all Distributors are restricted by all new Plans or changes in Business
Opportunity issued by the company from time to time.
- In case of server problems it is not binding to give any answer regarding the updates
and payouts.
- I agree that, all matters are subject to MUMBAI Jurisdiction only.
- TDS will be deducted on income as per the Income Tax Rules.The Company shall deduct
tax at source from the incentives as per rates prescribed under the Income Tax Act
1961.
- All Tax Liabilities / Transportation Charges will be borne by Distributors. I am
responsible to pay all my applicable taxes.
- I agree that the Company will not be responsible for any kind of personal declaration
or commitment made by any Distributor / Leader under his / her or other's group.
- Freight charges extra and taxes as per application.
- If person is taking the money outside the company premises and misuse it then company
is not responsible for it.
- As a Distributor I promise to company I will do not print or circulate any material
on behalf of the Company unless there is a written approval of the material to be
printed or circulated. I agree that any Distributor found guilty of spreading any-sort
of misleading information can be terminated at the sole discretion of the Company.
- I agree that any Distributor cannot use Company Logo or Brand Name without written
permission from Company. This permission can be withdrawn at any time by the company.
